Description
This exceptional semi-fermented tea comes from the Binlin (Pinglin) region in northern Taiwan, which is renowned for its long tradition of producing the highest quality oolongs. The carefully processed tea leaves create a light green infusion with a delicate and elegant aroma reminiscent of milk foam when steeped. In the taste, you can recognize umami along with light grassy notes, which give the tea an unmistakable freshness and softness. Taiwan Binlin Oolong is the ideal choice for moments of peace and for times when you want to stimulate your senses. Thanks to the high quality of the leaves, up to 4 delicious infusions can be prepared from this tea, each of which offers a slightly different taste experience. The tea is vacuum-packed in 75 g in order to preserve its freshness and full aroma until the last cup.
Preparation
Pour the tea with water at a temperature of 90 °C in a ratio of 12 g (approx. 6 level teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 4 infusions.
