Description
Four Season Oolong is an exceptional high mountain tea (gao shan) that has been hand-harvested and processed using traditional methods. It comes from the Alishan (Ali Mountain) region in Taiwan, where rich soil and frequent fog create ideal conditions for growing the highest quality teas. After steeping the tea leaves, a light green infusion is created, in the aroma of which delicate tones of dandelion flower develop. The taste is smooth and balanced, with a pleasant sweetness reminiscent of sugarcane juice, which gives the tea an unmistakable character and elegance. Thanks to its high quality, up to 4 delicious infusions can be prepared from this tea, each of which will offer a new flavor nuance. The tea is vacuum-packed in 75 g in order to preserve its freshness and unique aroma until the last cup.
Preparation
Pour the tea with water at a temperature of 90°C in a ratio of 12 g (approx. 6 level teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 4 infusions.
