Preparation
Use 1.5 g (approx. 1 heaped tsp) per 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes. Then strain. We recommend drinking 1-2 times a day after a meal.

Lemon balm leaf, fennel seed, nettle leaf, fenugreek seed, caraway seed, orange peel, aniseed.
