Guatemala SHB Las Amapolas, 500 g

The coffee comes from the Huehuetenango region in western Guatemala. The name of the region means “place of the ancestors,” and for generations it has produced some of Central America’s most renowned coffees. The volcanic soil and high-altitude climate create ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. The SHB designation confirms that the coffee trees were grown at high elevations, where slower ripening contributes to the exceptional quality of the beans. The coffee offers aromas and flavours of peanut nougat, buttery biscuit, and white peach. Velvety body with delicate acidity.
