Mexico Chiapas Organic, 210 g

This organic-certified coffee comes from the southern Mexican region of Chiapas, one of the country’s most renowned coffee terroirs. It is grown by smallholder farmers who form part of the CAFECO cooperative, comprising over 500 producers farming on volcanic soils at altitudes of 1,200–1,500 metres above sea level. Thanks to the region’s high biodiversity, varied microclimates and ecological practices, the coffee is naturally sweet, clean and exceptionally well balanced.The Bourbon, Marsellesa and Caturra varieties are carefully hand-picked and then processed using the washed method, during which the coffee ferments for 24–36 hours in traditional tanks before being dried in the sun for 5–10 days. This method highlights the clarity of flavour and gentle acidity, while organic cultivation supports richness, sweetness and stability throughout the cup profile.The aroma and taste reveal cocoa, peanut butter and green apple. The acidity is gentle, the body velvety. Its low acidity and natural sweetness make this coffee an ideal choice for everyday enjoyment.

Select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
