Description
Fully oxidized black tea from the Blue Mountains region. It is made from fine tea leaves that are masterfully rolled into twisted needles. The long black leaves give a honey-colored infusion when steeped. The aroma is dominated by meadow flowers together with orange. The taste is a combination of Turkish honey and orange juice.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 7 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
