Description
The basis for this tea is a fine oolong from a spring harvest in Anxi, Fujian Province. Prior to being dried, a special process originally devised in Taiwan is carried out to lend the leaves the milky taste, which then undergo oxidation. Dark green rolled leaves produce a clear yellow-green infusion. Both the aroma and the flavor are velvety smooth, rich in creamy milky notes, harmoniously complemented by a sweet hint of vanilla.
Preparation
Use 10 g of tea (approx. 8 heaped tsp) per 1 liter of water at the temperature of 90°C. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and serve. Suitable for 5 infusions.
Composition
Semi-fermented tea, milk flavouring (1.5%).
