Description
The highest quality variety of Korean green tea, harvested right at the beginning of the growing season. Irregularly rolled green leaves create a clear, light green infusion. It has a subtly sweet taste with hints of milk, almonds, and a light grassy finish.
Preparation
Use 12 g of the tea (approx. 7 even tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3 infusions.
